Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM configurations, streamline data workflows, and deliver accurate reporting across SaaS platforms to improve revenue operations.

You'll configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage quoting and billing tools, and create clear process documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to drive adoption and operational excellence across teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
