Max Accelerate Technology Group is seeking a Customer Experience Cloud & AI SME to enhance customer engagement through intelligent automation. The role requires expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and a deep understanding of AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives for self-service customer portals and mentor clients on AI technologies and integration practices. The position offers remote work flexibility and focuses on the innovative application of AI in customer service.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud or equivalent self-service portal expertise.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and understanding their self-service & AI needs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to build impactful automation solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop & optimize self-service customer portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Implement self-service automation and AI-driven workflows to improve customer interactions.
• Act as an AI & Experience Cloud SME, guiding clients through their AI and automation journey.

Conhecimentos

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud

Hands-on knowledge of Einstein AI

NLP and chatbot development

Knowledge of API integrations
