Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner/PM/PM/Team Lead within B2C products.
- Startup experience welcome.
- Hands-on ownership from idea to execution with analysis and briefs.
- Practical AI-powered product analytics and documentation experience.
- Strong product metrics, funnel and user-journey analytics knowledge.
- Solid understanding of unit economics and profitability impact.
- Proven track record owning business metrics (revenue, turnover, net profit).
- Strong prioritization and broad-scope decision making.
- Persistence, initiative and results-driven attitude.
- Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication.
- Technical degree or prior software development experience is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey end-to-end from registration to long-term interactions.
- Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the funnel.
- Independently explore product analytics using AI-powered tools, including BigQuery via MCP.
- Translate findings into hypotheses and actionable opportunities.
- Write concise product briefs and drive initiatives through specs, prototyping, development and release.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts and designers to deliver improvements.
- Build, maintain and prioritize the product backlog by value to users and business.
- Connect initiatives to measurable outcomes including revenue and profit.
- Monitor product performance and scale successful experiments across portfolio.
- Take ownership of challenging product problems and drive measurable results.
