Job summary

Jobgether in Portugal is seeking a Founder’s Associate - Product to join a remote-first tech company. You will work at the intersection of product management, AI, and Revenue Operations, shaping strategy and delivering high-impact features with the founders and cross-functional teams.

You will own a product area end-to-end, translate insights into specs, and define metrics to drive business value while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic background in economics, business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, VC, or consulting with broad responsibilities.
• Strong written communication, able to express complex ideas clearly.
• Curiosity, independent thinking, and strong opinions on PM.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Interest in technology, UX/UI, user research, and PM/engineering intersection.
• Experience working on a product is a significant advantage.
• Analytical thinking using data, feedback, and insights to inform decisions.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills across teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Engage with sales and Revenue Operations to understand workflows and Salesforce usage.
• Translate customer insights into clear product opportunities and decisions.
• Define AI-powered features and surface relevant information while minimising noise.
• Write product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and GTM teams.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and evaluate feature performance using data.
• Gather feedback and continuously refine product functionality and UX.
• Contribute to strategy, roadmap prioritisation, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with founders, showing initiative and customer-value focus.
