Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Administration & Governance based in Portugal to shape how organizations adopt a shared development platform. You will design enterprise admin experiences, governance controls, and self-service onboarding for developers and AI agents.

Working remotely with cross-functional teams, you will define strategy, ownership models, and metrics, guiding projects from early experimentation to production while building scalable, auditable controls around

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building self-service products that deliver governance and operational capabilities for platform/IT teams.
• Understanding of software builders’ needs and enterprise infrastructure responsibilities.
• Ability to reason about identity management, permissions, organizational boundaries, and usage attribution.
• A strong perspective on how AI agents are changing software development within organizations and what P platforms need to support this shift.
• Experience with controlled experimentation and data analysis to drive onboarding and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation and enterprise adoption.
• Make project creation self-service via portals or AI agents.
• Develop a company-wide administration experience with visibility into projects and usage.
• Define ownership, access rights, boundaries, and team permissions.
• Translate enterprise requirements into identity, policy, audit, and spending controls.
• Define the path from experimentation to production and governance evolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver scalable product experiences.
• Define success metrics and end-to-end product measurement.
