Job summary

Jobgether in Portugal is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two engineering teams (Platform and Integrations) and shape technical direction, roadmaps, and delivery strategies. You will own architecture decisions, drive cloud and DevOps practices, and balance technical excellence with business priorities.

You will report to the CTO, while mentoring engineers, managing headcount and performance, and ensuring scalable, reliable systems across the software platform.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years software development experience as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Lead two engineering teams and set strategic roadmaps.
• Own platform and integrations initiatives; gather requirements.
• Drive delivery milestones and improve development processes.
• Ensure code quality, monitoring, and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership.
