Jobgether SRL presents a remote, independent contractor opportunity for a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) based in Portugal. You will guide patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment, coordinating telehealth scheduling, impression kit delivery, and manufacturing readiness.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in customer/patient support or related field.
• Ability to de-escalate sensitive conversations (cancellations, refunds, billing).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for high-volume caseloads.

Mansioni

• Own onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and kit delivery.
• Manage caseload of 100+ patients, prioritizing activities daily.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLA.
