Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company in Portugal, seeks an Admin/Business Support for part-time remote work focused on structured outbound outreach and appointment setting. You will connect with branding and web-design agencies, introduce partnership opportunities, and create qualified conversations for the client.

The role blends cold calling, relationship building, and lead administration with flexible hours and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Outbound cold-calling experience required, with B2B calling or appointment-setting preferred.
• Strong spoken English with near-native level and professional telephone presence.
• Proven ability to handle objections, build rapport, and maintain productive conversations with prospects.
• Experience managing lead tracking, follow‑up activities, and outreach records.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets; HubSpot experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to branding and web-design agencies using client-provided lists.
• Introduce partnership opportunities clearly while maintaining a conversational approach.
• Follow approved scripts while adapting conversations to prospects’ needs.
• Handle objections and inquiries; escalate complex matters when needed.
• Perform follow-up attempts and schedule conversations or appointments.
• Identify qualified prospects and pass opportunities to the client for development.
• Maintain accurate call logs, statuses, and outreach results.
