Hexa Group seeks a Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial and commercial performance of a major global contract across EMEA, Latin America and North America. You will partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen profitability, support commercial decisions and guide long-term transformation programs.

The role requires leading reporting, budgeting, forecasting and governance, with a focus on data accuracy and cross-regional alignment. Travel may be involved.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification considered an advantage.
• Substantial financial leadership experience in international/matrix environments.
• Ability to partner effectively with operational teams and client organisations.
• Strong analytical ability, strategic judgement and financial reporting expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate strategic financial planning and support business cases and investment decisions.
• Lead the commercial change-control process and ensure amendments are financially sound.
• Monitor receivables and debt, identify financial trends, and drive profitability and growth initiatives.
• Chair finance meetings, provide training on processes, and promote best practices across geographies.
