Lucentive seeks a strategic operations lead to turn decisions into action, owning the cadence and follow-through across Labs, Studios, and Systems. You will coordinate critical reviews, prepare concise briefs for the founder, and ensure decisions are tracked and executed promptly.

You will thrive in a remote-first environment with EU/CET overlap, contributing to a growing organization that values rigorous thinking, agency, and leadership instinct in a founder-focused role.

Qualifications

• Experience running operating cadence or chief-of-staff-style work for founders or senior executives.
• Ability to write decision memos or follow-up notes that busy founders can act on without a meeting.
• Ability to track context across multiple businesses without flattening them into one model.
• Proven track record resolving stalled decisions without repeated prompting.
• Judgment to determine what needs founder attention and what can be handled without direct input.
• Experience coordinating across multiple entities or business lines with inherent coordination costs.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating cadence: weekly reviews and checks that keep pillars honest and cut what no longer adds value.
• Own decision follow-through: track decisions, owners, and surface stalls promptly.
• Coordinate across Labs, Studios, and Systems for cross-pillar work.
• Prepare the founder for important conversations with a concise briefing.
• Triage what reaches the founder directly vs. what can be resolved by a written decision.
• Maintain a written record of cycles, decisions, and rationale to avoid memory gaps.
