Vestas in Lisbon is seeking a seasoned Contract Management professional to lead end-to-end contract operations, including case management, escalations, and SLA adherence through SAP and Salesforce workflows.

You will oversee a team, allocate workload, monitor queues, and drive first-time-right quality while maintaining governance and compliance across contract creation, amendments, renewals, and audits.

Qualificações

• Graduate or Post graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related field with 5+ years of experience with relation to commercial operations will be valued.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience leading teams or supervising operational processes.
• Experience in customer facing roles or cross functional coordination will be valuable.
• Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Power Point.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms will be also valuable.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle operations across case management, shared mailboxes, SAP & Salesforce workflows
• Ensure timely handling of tickets, emails, follow ups, escalations, and closure of cases in alignment with SLAs
• Lead day to day team operations including workload allocation, queue monitoring, backlog management, and first time right quality review
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other cross functional teams to resolve queries, exceptions, and documentation gaps
• Advance excellence initiatives by standardizing processes, improving accuracy, and optimizing turnaround times
• Maintain governance, compliance, and documentation standards for contract creation, amendments, renewals, terminations, and audit readiness
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly dashboards on SLA performance, case volumes, backlog status, quality metrics, and continuous improvement progress
• Support audit activities, RCA investigations, and risk mitigation actions for process gaps and compliance deviations
• Act as the escalation point for complex contract issues, customer specific requirements, and cross team coordination challenges
