In this role, you will help ensure that agreements, due diligence processes, and legal workflows are accurate, consistent, and aligned with cross-border requirements. You will collaborate with operational and executive teams across different regions, providing timely legal insights and coordinating with external counsel when necessary. As part of a globally distributed team, you will contribute to continuous legal support through structured handovers and efficient documentation practices. You will also help maintain reliable legal resources and standardized processes that support business operations across international markets. This fully remote opportunity offers exposure to global investment structures, international commercial relationships, and the potential to grow into leadership and process optimization responsibilities.

Accountabilities
  • Draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements, including sponsorship, vendor, and partnership contracts.
  • Support compliance procedures by coordinating documentation, conducting initial checks, and assisting with due diligence processes.
  • Provide timely legal guidance and practical insights to operational teams and executive stakeholders across different regions.
  • Maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates, executed contracts, and related documentation, ensuring records remain accurate and accessible.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when specialized advice or additional legal support is required.
  • Support cross-border contractual processes and help ensure that agreements and documentation meet relevant legal and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in daily handovers and regional coverage rotations to maintain continuity of legal support across time zones.
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows, documentation standards, and legal operations processes.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure legal requests are handled efficiently and business activities remain well supported.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in corporate or commercial law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage legal workflows independently in an international environment.

  • A law degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in corporate law, commercial law, or a related legal field.
  • Strong understanding of international commercial contracts, cross-border transactions, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements with vendors, sponsors, business partners, or other commercial stakeholders.
  • Excellent English proficiency at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate legal information clearly and professionally.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, well-organized legal documentation.
  • Responsive, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills when working with executive teams, operational stakeholders, and external legal counsel.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones and maintain clear handovers in a globally distributed team.
  • Previous experience in remote or international working environments is preferred.
  • Location requirement: Candidates must currently reside in Poland, the Philippines, or Latin America to be considered for this position.
Benefits
  • Monthly compensation of $2,500–$2,800 USD, depending on experience.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Flexible collaboration with an international team across multiple regions.
  • Exposure to international business operations, private markets, and investment structures.
  • Opportunities for professional development, leadership responsibilities, and legal process optimization.
