Clan is seeking an experienced System Administrator to drive enterprise infrastructure projects and elevate our endpoint management ecosystem in Lisbon, Portugal. You will deploy, modernize, and scale device management using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM across Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities include leading modernization, managing SCCM/MECM, implementing Autopilot provisioning, administering servers, and securing identities with AD/Entra ID and M365.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on Technical Experience: Proven, practical technical experience in real-world enterprise environments.
• Endpoint Expertise: Strong expertise in deploying and administering Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM (patching, software distribution, OS deployment).
• Systems Administration: Strong skills in Linux (troubleshooting, hardening, user management) and Windows Server.
• Cloud & Identity: Working knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Entra ID, and M365.
• Automation: Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell and Linux shell scripts.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level required).
• Availability & Mobility: Availability to participate in on-call rotas (prevenção/on-call support).
• Flexibility and willingness for occasional international travel.

• To manage identity and cloud services: Maintain Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 services.
• To enforce security and drive automation: Deploy endpoint security technologies (Microsoft Defender), remediate vulnerabilities, and automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Bash.
• To collaborate across technical teams: Work closely with security, infrastructure, cloud, and workplace engineering teams to deliver secure and reliable IT services.
