Job summary

Rove Concepts is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely from Portugal. You will own end-to-end email campaigns, build automated customer journeys, and optimize segmentation to drive engagement and retention.

Collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams is key, with a focus on timely delivery and data-driven improvements. You’ll work with Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, and AI tools to enhance content, testing, and automation while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to catch issues before campaigns are deployed.
• Fluent, native-level English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Email campaign execution from planning through deployment using Klaviyo.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, retention).
• Customer segmentation to deliver personalized marketing experiences.
• Campaign QA including copy, links, layouts, dynamic content, and scheduling for accuracy.
• Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, and marketing teams for launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Run A/B tests and analyze performance to improve engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Maintain email calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Use AI tools to improve workflows, content creation, and campaign execution where practical.
