Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integration Engineer (French Speaker) for a remote-first role based in Portugal. You will guide customers through API integrations, catalog configurations, and search optimization, collaborating with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

You will troubleshoot integration challenges, explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, and help document best practices to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services and APIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: JSON/CSV familiarity and open-source libraries.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers by understanding technical requirements and guiding through integration.
• Advise on REST APIs, web services, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with customers and Success teams.
• Assist with product catalog configuration and search setup.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal technical resources.
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document customer interactions and recurring issues for knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to integration docs, onboarding materials, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify recurring challenges and suggest process improvements.
• Help customers achieve reliable integrations to improve search and discovery.
