Job summary

NUMA is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to deliver outstanding service for leisure and corporate guests. You will be the first point of contact, handling multilingual communications and ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience from inquiry to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communications and reservations for Numa properties across Europe.
• Handle guest requests via phone, WhatsApp, text, email, and multiple booking platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments on complaints, issues, relocations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with guests and internal teams; continuously improve processes.
