Yuno is hiring a Financial Services Growth Manager to own a portfolio of European partners (acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud providers) and turn those relationships into revenue. You will source pipeline, run joint GTM with partners, and advance deals where the partner becomes a Yuno customer.

This is a commercial role measured on pipeline, deals, and revenue generated, requiring strong negotiation, cross-functional work with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams, and fluency in English with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within payments/fintech/financial services.
• Evidence of carrying and hitting a commercial number: pipeline sourced, deals closed, or revenue share delivered.
• Experience selling to payment providers or banks, not only through them.
• Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers.
• Deep experience in the European payments market, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape and industry standards.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level counterparts.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of European partners and act as their primary commercial point of contact; build joint account plans and track portfolio health.
• Lead generation and co-selling by sourcing qualified leads through the partner network; run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams.
• Upsell Yuno to partners by identifying commercial opportunities where the partner is the buyer; negotiate terms and expand partnerships.
• Feed commercial requirements back to Product and represent Yuno at industry events; run QBRs and joint planning for pipeline and revenue commitments.
