Magic, Inc. in Portugal seeks an experienced Paid Search Manager to own and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs. You will manage a combined monthly budget and drive growth across Branded, Non-Branded, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns.

You will lead bidding, testing, and reporting, collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams, ensure attribution accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. This remote role supports an international team.

Qualificações

• 4–6+ years of hands-on paid search management experience.
• Proven track record managing $150K+ monthly budgets with clear performance goals.
• Expertise with tROAS bidding, portfolio bid strategies, and dynamic value-based bidding.
• Experience with non-branded search, PMax and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Strong GA4, Excel/Sheets skills and attribution modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, buildout, optimization, and daily management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.
• Manage bidding strategies (tROAS, Maximize Conversion Value) and allocate budgets across channels.
• Structure and optimize Branded and Non-Branded search; enhance PMax and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Design and run structured A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and assets.
• Ensure data integrity with OCT, first-party data, and accurate conversion value modeling.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copy, and Landing Page teams for high-performing assets.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights to leadership.
