Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead based in Portugal to drive enablement, coaching, and training across international programmes. You will own Trainer cascades, QA, and adoption outcomes while collaborating with product, data, and programme teams in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience training teams remotely in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products and how customer adoption works in practice.
• Experience managing customer or partner relationships and driving outcomes.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country training using digital and non-digital assets.
• Coach trainers to cascade learning while ensuring quality and outcomes.
• Manage partner queries, tickets, bugs, and enhancements within SLAs.
• Monitor adoption and behavior-change outcomes across programmes.
• Collaborate with product, data, and programme teams across multiple countries.
