Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a proactive People Operations Coordinator based in Portugal to join a fully remote global team. You will support onboarding, HR operations, talent workflows, and employee experience while improving processes and documenting them in Notion.

You\'ll manage data across People systems, drive AI-assisted efficiency, and collaborate with stakeholders across locations and time zones. This role offers high autonomy and growth within a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, HR operations, onboarding or coordination roles.
• Experience collaborating with onboarding, HR, recruiting or broader People teams.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency at work or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Improve onboarding experience with clear, consistent processes.
• Coordinate operational activities for new joiners and onboarding journey.
• Review and maintain internal People resources and onboarding docs (Notion).
• Handle onboarding, Talent, and HR tasks across systems and data reports.
• Maintain accurate People data across systems.
• Help optimize AI and tools to boost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with People, HR, recruitment and onboarding stakeholders.
