Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Portugal seeks a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs, translating complex business needs into actionable plans while collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.

This role combines structured delivery with Agile and hybrid methodologies, focusing on governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to drive measurable organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of overall business experience, including 3–4 years leading projects, programs, organizational change initiatives, or business transformation activities.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects, programs, and business enablement initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Define project objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, schedules, governance structures, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and solution-definition discussions.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, change requests, and competing priorities; provide recommendations to sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, senior leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present executive-level updates, status reports, risk assessments, and options analyses.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including communications, marketing, digital, content, events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strengthen PM delivery practices, governance processes, requirements gathering methods, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Coach stakeholders and teams on effective project delivery, governance, and collaboration practices.
