Qualifications

• Fluency in German (C2 level) required.
• Intermediate English (B2) preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus, especially in technical support.
• Technical aptitude or willingness to learn tools and systems for website solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort with rotative shifts including weekends and nights.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and know when to escalate issues.
• EU ID required to work legally in Portugal.
• Residence Card required for non-EU nationals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat for website solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide quick resolutions per guidelines.
• Assist with website setup, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Guide customers in using website tools to maximize product use.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.

• Escalate unresolved issues following internal procedures.
