CareerForge is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers remotely from Braga, Portugal. You will assist with technical website issues via phone, email, and chat, providing guidance and troubleshooting while learning our solutions.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German with strong English, possess solid communication skills, and can work independently in a remote setting. Training is provided and benefits include insurance and equipment support.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German (C2 level required).
• Intermediate English (B2+ preferred).
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not essential.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Willingness to work night shifts/weekends and flexible hours.
• EU ID to work in Portugal; residence card for non-EU nationals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat for website issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to website setup, configuration, and functionality.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain data privacy and contribute to process improvements.
