Qualifications
- Fluency in German at a high level.
- Intermediate or better English proficiency.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot website-related issues and guide users on setup, functionality and configuration.
- Document interactions and issues in the CRM for tracking and follow-up.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when needed.
- Maintain data privacy and protect customer information.
