CareerForge is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team from Braga, Portugal. You will provide technical support to German-speaking customers for website solutions, primarily via phone, email, and chat.

No strict prior experience required, but strong communication and a willingness to learn are essential. Work involves 24/7 rotating shifts with night coverage, two days off weekly, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German at a high level.
• Intermediate or better English proficiency.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical assistance to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot website-related issues and guide users on setup, functionality and configuration.
• Document interactions and issues in the CRM for tracking and follow-up.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when needed.
• Maintain data privacy and protect customer information.
