Lingonova is seeking a German & English Customer Support Specialist to work remotely from Portugal. You will serve German-speaking customers across Europe, providing high-touch support and documenting interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements include native/fluent German (C1/C2), strong English (B2+), and full residency in Portugal with the right to work. The role operates on 24/7 rotational shifts and includes a meal allowance as part of benefits.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2) + strong English (B2+)
• Must reside in Portugal with legal right to work (Tax ID / NIF & Social Security)
• Willing to work 24/7 rotative shift schedules
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German and English.
• Assist customers with digital service platforms, account queries, and features.
• Ensure high CSAT by delivering empathetic, accurate, and prompt solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support and team leaders to resolve complex inquiries
