Qualifications

• Experience in customer support within fintech or payments.
• Understanding of payment gateways and transaction flows.
• Knowledge of basic financial compliance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Russian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer assistance via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Handle payment inquiries: status, failed payments, troubleshooting.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate and troubleshoot payment and account issues with technical teams.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, product managers to resolve incidents.
• Identify recurring issues and provide actionable customer feedback for product improvement.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Contribute to FAQs, knowledge bases, and support guides.
