• Skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical and cross-border regulatory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal guidance to the partner and internal teams.
• Support product launches with compliant legal reviews and risk assessment.
• Draft, negotiate and manage commercial agreements and regulatory inquiries across jurisdictions.
