Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Europe Margin Expansion and Analytics Leader based in Portugal to drive profitability and operational excellence across a European services organization. This fully remote leadership role focuses on identifying margin opportunities, cost optimization, and AI-powered productivity improvements.

You will shape the analytics strategy, manage KPIs, build dashboards, and partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations, Finance, Performance Management, Analytics, or Business Transformation.
• Strong commercial and financial mindset with a track record of profitability and cost optimization.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable actions.
• Experience using Generative AI, intelligent agents, ML, or automation to boost productivity.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead European Services margin expansion strategy and cost governance initiatives.
• Develop and implement recovery plans addressing financial and operational risks.
• Establish standardized processes and accountability frameworks for sustainable improvements.
• Define and lead regional analytics strategy with KPI measurement and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and BI tools for timely leadership insights.
• Champion AI adoption across Services Operations and drive adoption across the organization.
