Job summary

Ashby is seeking an Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end implementations for our enterprise customers. You will develop and execute implementation plans, collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations, and guide customers to rapid value realization.

The role emphasizes remote-first delivery, strong communication, and a focus on customer outcomes. Travel is <10% for strategic engagements, with ample opportunity to shape best practices and improve workflows within Ashby’s Professional Services team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple complex implementations in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to define work, align stakeholders and deliver per plan with remote-first collaboration.
• Strong technical understanding of configurable SaaS platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for enterprise customers and ensure positive time-to-value.
• Develop and execute implementation plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Maintain proactive customer engagement and advocate for customers throughout the program.
• Navigate change management to help customers adopt Ashby solutions.
