Job summary

Easyship is seeking a Technical Implementation Lead to own enterprise API implementations end to end—from discovery and a signed SoW to go‑live, volume migration, and handover. You’ll be the go‑to expert on the Easyship API for customers, Sales, and internal teams, guiding to one clear solution and partnering with Solutions Developers to deliver it.

The role sits in Implementation Services within Client Services and requires 5+ years in technical implementation, strong REST APIs, data mapping,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar roles for enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on command of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns; OAuth2/SSO/API keys familiar.
• Strong written and verbal English; ability to document solutions and guide customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Sales to map customer systems and validate product fit.
• Own solution design (architecture, endpoints, webhooks, auth) and secure agreement.
• Scope and sign off SoWs for API/customisation work with clear deliverables.
• Resolve technical questions during sale and implementation; reproduce issues via Postman/Insomnia.
• Lead technical kick-offs with customers’ teams and manage multiple implementations.
• Partner with Solutions Developers to align on scope and delivery with SoW.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests across projects.
• Own escalation handling and recovery plans if shipment volume misses forecast.
• Lead handovers to Customer Success and maintain governance on custom builds.
• Translate recurring questions into documentation and feed product gaps with a business case.
