Hi I’m Abhik, Ashby’s Co-Founder and VP of Engineering. We’re looking for an ambitious full‑stack engineer who is laser‑focused on solving customer problems and making the right long‑term investments to solve them not only today but in our future features and products.

About the Role

As a Product Engineer at Ashby, you’ll own a large portion of one of our products and take projects end‑to‑end. You’ll research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and work with other team members to integrate the final implementation. You’ll have freedom to choose the technology, write frontend, backend, and infrastructure, and push ideas forward.

• Designed and built automated interview scheduling, solving the “Calendar Tetris” problem.
• Built a generalized declarative filter architecture that allows users to create complex filters for any record and compile them to SQL.
• Specced, designed, and implemented an end‑to‑end solution that lets users complete signing offers entirely within Ashby.
