ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to drive high-impact enterprise SaaS implementations that connect complex IT/OT environments with real business value. This role blends deep technical leadership, solution design, and customer partnership to accelerate onboarding and maximize outcomes for large-scale organizations. It stands out for its strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor in complex enterprise SaaS transformation programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises;
• Partner with internal stakeholders and meet with client stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into customer solutions that decrease time to value;
• Drive the customer onboarding journey through technical expertise in available customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation;
• Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure solutions meet expectations and technical feasibility;
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts;
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, TCP vs UDP troubleshooting, and routing basics;
• Experience working with VPNs and proxy authentication scenarios;
• Hands‑on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewall rules inbound and outbound;
• Awareness of conditional access and secure gateway concepts;
• Knowledge of ports and protocols;
• Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial IoT;
• Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including challenges, architectures, and decision‑making processes;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences;
• Experience with enterprise‑level SaaS implementation engagements and solution design;
• Proficiency with modern tools and platforms such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware;
• Fluency in English.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience integrating or working with tools such as ServiceNow, secure web gateways or zero‑trust platforms, and other ITSM, IAM, or security proxy solutions;
• German and French language skills.
