Rove Concepts and Rove Next are seeking an experienced Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will support planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns across both brands, driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

The ideal candidate enjoys creating personalized experiences, analyzing performance, and improving journeys through data-driven marketing. Remote work in Portugal is available with a focus on international audience.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within an e-commerce business.
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Basic HTML knowledge for email editing is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Execute email marketing campaigns across Rove Concepts and Rove Next.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and retention flows.
• Develop customer segmentation to deliver personalized marketing experiences.
• Work closely with the Creative and E-Commerce teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Create, test, and optimize email content, subject lines, layouts, and calls-to-action.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain email marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Stay up to date with email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
