Lever, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator based in Portugal for a remote, part-time contractor role.

You will coordinate campaigns, outreach, social media, SEO activities, and projects, collaborating with clients, designers, developers, and partners to move deliverables forward. This position requires strong English communication, hands-on digital marketing experience, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours overlapping US Eastern business hours.

Qualificações

• Experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
• Strong written English and professional communication.
• Hands-on with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp/Constant Contact/ActiveCampaign).
• Basic SEO knowledge and SEO tools.
• Working experience with WordPress.

Responsabilidades

• Build, format, schedule, and quality-check email campaigns with lists and reporting.
• Coordinate social media publishing using content calendars and scheduling tools.
• Research local advertising, sponsorship, and event opportunities; track responses.
• Perform basic on-page and local SEO activities and monthly reporting.
• Review designs and coordinate revisions to meet briefs and deadlines.
• Support creation and formatting of marketing collateral and assets.
• Prepare recurring marketing reports and client snapshots.
