Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a VIP CRM Lead based in Portugal. As VIP CRM Lead, you will shape and execute the CRM strategy for high-value customer segments across multiple markets, overseeing VIP communication coverage, journeys, and engagement initiatives to improve experiences and performance.

You will coordinate with Analytics, VIP Operations, Product, and regional teams, test new CRM mechanics, and scale proven approaches across regions.

Qualificações

• CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, and VIP marketing experience.
• Ability to plan and execute segmentation and journeys across markets.
• Experience coordinating CRM initiatives across multiple regions is valued.
• Strong analytics to interpret CRM performance and translate insights into actions.
• Experience identifying underperforming journeys and optimizing them.
• Ability to evaluate market trends and adapt CRM practices to different markets.
• Cross-functional collaboration with analytics, operations, product, and marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to align teams around standards.
• Data-driven mindset with experimentation and measurable results.
• Experience in iGaming or digital entertainment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the VIP CRM strategy at the brand level across regions.
• Build and execute VIP communication plans for key segments, scenarios, and markets.
• Oversee and continuously evolve VIP journeys across regions.
• Monitor CRM effectiveness and CRM journey performance regularly.
• Analyze CRM and customer metrics with analysts and align insights across regions.
• Identify underperforming journeys and drive improvements.
• Establish a consistent VIP CRM processes and standards across regions.
• Share successful campaigns and best practices between regional teams.
• Research market CRM approaches and assess applicability.
• Test, optimize, and scale CRM mechanics across markets.
• Coordinate CRM initiatives with VIP Operations, Analytics, Product, and cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement through data-driven experimentation and performance analysis.
