CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Support Specialists for a remote role based in Portugal. You will assist customers and sellers with inquiries, ensuring a high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The package includes a gross €1,109 per month, private health cover, meal allowance, paid training, and accommodation support where applicable, with a 40-hour work week and paid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good English skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage.
• Comfortable using digital tools and customer management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers and sellers with inquiries related to orders, payments and returns.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes.
