Job summary

Atlean World is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service professional to join our Lisbon team. You will support users across banking, payments, cards, investments and account management while adhering to compliance and quality standards.

Training is provided and growth within a multinational company is encouraged. You will communicate clearly across channels, troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases when needed, and maintain an empathetic, professional tone to deliver high service quality

Qualifications

• Native or advanced level of Dutch.
• B2 or higher level of English.
• Motivation to learn and grow.
• A friendly and positive attitude.
• Availability to start soon.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with questions about banking, payments, cards, investments and account management.
• Provide clear answers and solutions, always following the client's procedures and compliance rules.
• Troubleshoot issues, such as card problems, transactions, app access or account updates.
• Escalate complex cases to the correct internal departments when needed.
• Maintain high service quality, using an empathetic, professional tone and meeting defined performance metrics.
