Lingonova in Portugal is seeking a Dutch & English Customer Service Specialist to deliver premium automotive support entirely remote from within Portugal. The role offers a full-time permanent contract with weekend-free work schedule and a rotative shift window, supporting high-end clients across Dutch and English channels.

You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues at first contact, manage customer accounts via the CRM, and escalate complex technical matters to specialists when needed

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent English.
• Current residence in Portugal with work authorization.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with high emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated and capable of remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch and English regarding vehicle specifications and dealer support.
• Provide first-contact resolution with premium quality and empathy.
• Manage user accounts, connected app troubleshooting, and CRM-based requests.
• Build trust and loyalty with clients and prospective buyers.
• Escalate complex technical matters to specialists while keeping customers informed.
