Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Dutch & English Customer Service Representative for a remote, full-time role. You will assist customers with payment inquiries, account funding, and transaction concerns while delivering a professional experience.

Fluent Dutch and English are required, with 1–2 years in customer service or related roles. The package includes a €2,000 welcome bonus, meal allowance, and potential relocation support for moving to Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computer applications and learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.
• Experience in financial services or transaction processing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written inquiries.
• Assist customers with payment transactions and account funding.
• Investigate and resolve payment and collection-related questions.
• Explain account history, product details, and relevant policies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with internal teams.
