Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support and collections.
• Negotiate payments and secure commitments to pay later.
• Assist customers with account funding and advise on funding transactions.
• Research and resolve collections inquiries by phone.
• Educate customers on account history and product protection policy.
• Tag vulnerable customers and provide insolvency support.
• Take call-backs at convenient times; transfer to other teams when needed.
• Record call outcomes in company systems for reference.
