Job summary

Jobgether Srl, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Operations Manager – e Commerce & DTC for a fully remote role. You will help scale a growing DTC business by bringing structure, efficiency, and accountability across operations.

You will oversee supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and team management, design SOPs using Notion, develop KPIs and dashboards, coordinate external partners, and drive projects from concept to execution with ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, General Management, or similar leadership role in a growing business.
• Direct, in-house experience operating a physical-product DTC or e Commerce brand.
• Experience managing multiple business functions and implementing scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the business, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Design, document, and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable systems (Notion).
• Provide cross-functional leadership across supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team development with clear accountability.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution with minimal founder involvement.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to give leadership visibility into performance.
• Coordinate external partners (suppliers, 3PLs) to ensure reliable execution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and scale operational infrastructure.
