Qualifications

• 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or campaign operations.
• Fluent in English and able to work U.S. business hours.
• Strong written communication; proactive problem solving.
• Technically curious; familiar with tracking pixels, postbacks, or API docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations, ensuring returns, refunds, and issues are handled promptly.
• Coordinate production planning, stock reporting, and inventory forecasting with partners.
• Develop and improve SOPs and workflows across departments to drive accountability.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure operational readiness for campaigns and launches.
• Escalate significant issues appropriately while maintaining momentum.
