Veeva is seeking a Process Expert in Data Operations to improve processes across all operations teams. You will be hands-on in improving tools, scripting automations, and coordinating changes with multiple stakeholders, including the Director of Data Operations.

This role offers exposure to diverse data products and international collaboration. You should be a fast learner, detail-oriented and make decisions based on facts and KPIs, with excellent English communication and experience in data

Qualificações

• 3+ years in fast-paced environments (consulting, start-up, or tech).
• Experience in improving processes.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Worked or studied in international environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Data Analysis skills (SQL, Python).
• Work experience in operations.
• Work experience in data product companies.

• Shadow the curation processes
• Simplify processes and process documentation
• Increase automation in our tools, incl. sheets, reports, dashboards
• Manage change projects with 10+ teams
• Upskill the team on process excellence
