Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization delivering life sciences cloud solutions. As Team Lead for Data Operations, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers, designing processes and driving improvements to reduce defects and boost efficiency.

You will own operational metrics, collaborate with engineering on AI-driven tooling, and foster an autonomous, international work culture. A strong emphasis on leadership, process thinking, and data-driven decision making guides your everyday

Qualificações

• Leadership experience coordinating others in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of process workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely in an international setting.
• Ability to distill complex instructions into actionable steps for a large, diverse, remote workforce.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Scale leadership and mentor a remote team of ~50.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows to speed up research and automation.
• Own team KPIs and ensure data quality targets across headcount.
• Collaborate with engineering to build and scale AI-driven tooling and automation.
• Drive quality and efficiency projects enabling the team to operate cohesively.
