Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated leader to guide a remote team of researchers focused on data for life sciences. You will design, implement, and optimize processes, while ensuring compliance and high-quality output across international teams.

You will own KPIs, collaborate with engineering on automation, and foster a positive culture that thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a work-from-anywhere role supporting Lisbon-area operations.

Qualificações

• University degree in a business-related field.
• Proven knowledge in business process design, management, and optimization.
• 1+ year working experience.
• Skilled with spreadsheets.
• Comfortable working remotely in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of around 30+ researchers
• Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
• Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
• Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
• Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation
• Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
• Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality, and fun
