Qualificações

• 3+ years in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, startup, or tech company.
• Experience in improving processes and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow the curation processes and document workflows.
• Simplify processes and improve process documentation.
• Increase automation in tools (sheets, reports, dashboards).
• Manage change projects across 10+ teams.
• Upskill the team on process excellence.
