Cross Border Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist to assist customers throughout their online shopping journey, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

This fully remote position offers relocation and housing support for international candidates, with several start dates available through June and July and a 12-month renewable contract. Housing assistance and a competitive monthly salary are provided.

Qualificações

• C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1) written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
• Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures.
• Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal departments.
