Cross Border Talents is seeking a Support Specialist for the Danish Market, working fully remotely from Portugal. You will handle the full order journey and assist customers across payments, deliveries, returns and refunds.

We offer 100% remote work in Portugal, full-time position (40h/week) with rotating shifts, paid training, health insurance from day one, and the possibility to relocate to a company apartment for international moves.

Qualificações

• Experience in back-office or customer support roles is a plus.
• Adaptability and autonomy in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Positive team spirit and willingness to collaborate.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers through the full order journey: payments, deliveries, returns & refunds.
• Handle sensitive data in line with PCI and GDPR standards.
• Communicate with carriers, financial institutions & internal teams.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
