Cross Border Talents is hiring a Support Specialist for the Danish Market, fully remote from Portugal. You will assist customers through the order journey, handle payments, deliveries, returns and refunds, and protect data under PCI and GDPR.

• Support customers through the full order journey: payments, deliveries, returns & refunds
• Handle sensitive data in line with PCI and GDPR standards
• Communicate with carriers, financial institutions & internal teams
• Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
