Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Support Specialist for the Danish market. This fully remote role requires 40 hours per week with rotating shifts (07:00–24:00) and includes paid training.

You will handle orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds, while coordinating with carriers and internal teams. Health insurance from day one, and a company apartment option for international relocations are included.

Qualificações

• Experience in back-office or customer support roles is a plus.
• Adaptability, autonomy, and a positive team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers through the full order journey: payments, deliveries, returns & refunds.
• Communicate with carriers, financial institutions & internal teams.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
